These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application ¿Quién Gana?, published by Createdby The All Arts Company E.I.R.L.
1. Minimum age
Use of the Application is restricted to persons 17 years of age or older, in accordance with its Mature 17+ rating.
2. License of use
Createdby grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. In-app purchases
The "24 hours without ads" option costs S/4.99 (or local equivalent) and is processed by Google Play Billing. The purchase removes ads for 24 hours from activation. No refunds for partial use.
4. User conduct
The user is responsible for the context and manner in which they use the Application. Createdby is not responsible for content generated by users themselves during a game (questions or answers players exchange among each other).
5. Intellectual property
The name "¿Quién Gana?", its design, code, official content and mechanics are property of Createdby The All Arts Company E.I.R.L. Trademark in registration process before INDECOPI (Peru).
6. Limitation of liability
The Application is offered "as is". Createdby does not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor that the Application is suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Arequipa, Peru.
