This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile application ¿Quién Gana? (hereinafter, "the Application"), published by Createdby The All Arts Company E.I.R.L. on the Google Play Store and other distribution channels. For the general corporate website policy, see the general Privacy Policy.

The Application is rated Mature 17+. It contains suggestive content (references to alcohol, questions intended for young adults) but no explicit content.

3. Data collected by the Application

  • Usage data (which game modes are used, frequency, session duration) to improve the product.
  • Advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA) if you have accepted personalized ads.

  • We do not collect real name, email, phone number or physical address.
  • We do not collect contacts, precise location, or access to gallery or microphone.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Advertising

The Application displays ads to sustain the free model. These ads are provided by [provider to be filled — e.g., Google AdMob] and are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. "24 hours without ads" purchase

For S/4.99 (or local currency equivalent), the user can remove ads for 24 hours. This transaction is fully processed by Google Play Billing. Createdby does not store credit card information or bank accounts.

7. Children and minors

The Application is not directed to persons under 17 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to delete it.

8. Your rights

Under Peruvian Law No. 29733, you have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. To exercise these rights regarding the Application, write to us at legal@createdby.global.
